OG ISSA LAUNCHES JOJO FM RADIO STATION IN BLANTYRE

Businessman Mahomed Hanif Osman, widely known as OG Issa, has officially launched a new radio station called JoJo FM in Blantyre.

The new station is based in Maone, Limbe, and is already on air broadcasting on 100.4 FM and 100.6 FM. Its slogan is “Kalikonse Mukamva”.

OG Issa, who is widely described as a key figure in Malawi’s music distribution industry, has now expanded his footprint into broadcasting, marking a new chapter in his media and entertainment ventures.

JoJo FM has also assembled a team of well-known radio personalities. The station has recruited Deus Sandram (Obwande), Raymond Sekeni (DJ Fraternal), Mphatso Chikalipo (Mr President), Tallasina Manda, Foster Mkwamba, and Patrick Kamkwatira, among others.

The station is expected to offer a mix of entertainment, music, and talk programming aimed at a broad audience in Blantyre and surrounding areas.

With its launch, JoJo FM adds fresh competition to the local radio landscape as more private stations continue to emerge in Malawi’s media industry.
